We wanted to make working out from home and getting into shape – burning fat while toning and building muscle, as easy as possible. That’s why we made this program. You only need 2 dumbbells and 10-15 min x3 a week.

This program is anyone who wants to get in shape fast and with as little time spent on working out as possible. You can do it at the office, home or gym. All it takes is 45 min/week and 2 dumbbells. Got wedding coming? Beach season? Or just want to kickstart your fitness journey? Then this program is perfect for you.

Results depend on tens of factors including your prior shape, diet, lifestyle, genetics etc. That’s why we can give no guarantees of results. What we can promise is that after 4 weeks you’ll be in much better shape than when you started.
